CHANGE IMPENDING. . The restaurant and oyster saioonlceepors of A\ 7 ellihgton have decided, in order to comply with the compulsory lialf-holiday provision ill the latest amendment to tho Shops and Offices Act, that in. future each oyster saloon' shall •close at two o'clock on one afternoon in ,each week. < Hitherto theso establishments have been kept,open every day in the week, but hencefbrth they will be closed on different afternoons, so as to imposo the least possible inconvenience on patrons. ' .
