WHITE SEA CLOSED.
FOREIGN FISHING FORBIDDEN. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. January 8, 5.5 p.m.) St. Petersburg, January 7. A Bill has been introduced in the Duma forbidding foreigners to fish in the White Sea within twelve miles of any point of Archangel, or near any of the surrounding islands. . The penalties fixed range from one to six. months' imprisonment.
