A sensation lias occurred at Manly, a man named Mathow James Dunning, shooting his wife Ellen, and seriously wounding her. _ ' A mail named Thompson interfered, and took the revolver away. Dunning,
however, brolie away, and swallowed tho contents of a bottle of prussic acid. , Dunning is dead, and liis wife is in a precarious condition.
