MANY BUILDINGS WRECKED.' Br Tclesraptt—Press Association-Copyright. St. Petersburg, January 4. Router's Agency advises that an earthquake lasting iivo minutes was experienced in Russian Turkestan. Half tlio houses in tho city of Vyernyi wore destroyed. Fissures appeared at Kopal, n town 170 miles north-east of Vyernyi, on the highway, and at an altitude of' 3200 ft. St. Petersburg, January 4. Forty corpses have . been recovered from buildings wrecked at Vyernyi.
