OTAGO AMATEUR TOURNEY. , m , Dunedin, January 3: The Otago Golf Club's tournament concluded to-day in fine -weather. In tho third rqund for, the championhsip B. B. Wood, Christchurcb, beat B. C.'sluthorford, Christchurch, 2 up and 1 to go; B. J.-Smith, Otago, beat A. H. Fisher, Otago, 2 up and 1 to play. In the final both men played a splendid game. They droyo well, and played magnificent golf. Smith led in the early part of the game, but Wood afterwards stood up. Smith rallied, however, arfd was one ud with three to go. Wood won the next hole, but lost the nest two, and Smith thus won by two up,-. •' ■■ .
