In the .final for tha Marlborough' Combined' Championship, Miss Travel's and Fisher prevailed against Jliss Nunneley. and Brown, in- the .first game by 6—l. ' In the second jtlie tables were turned, ; Miss .'"Nunneley and Brown gaining the ascendancy, G —-i, .and they did even better in 'the concluding game, win-, niug with the score-vat 6 —l. .
