The Socialist paper "L'Humanitc" publishes a telegram from Mr. Lloyd-George, British Chancellor of the Exchequer, which, does not dispute the general sense of the interview with him published by, the paper named. Al'r. Lloyd-George, adds, however, that he thinks if the copy of the interview had been submitted to him before its publication, ho would have modified it in' form and substance.
