TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially writhe far TnK Dominion.) FRIDAY. 'Baked stuffed schnapper. Potatoes. Teas. Hice mould. Stewed plums. RICE MOULD. One-quarter of a pound of rico(about half a breakfast cup), 1J pints milk, 1 dessertspoon of butter or' 2 tablespoons of cream, flavouring, a- pinch of salt. Wash the rice and boil with tho milk gently until a soft mass. A few laurel, peach, or bay leaves, or strip of lemon peel may be put into the milk when it is put to boil, but- must be taken out as soon as the flavour is strong enough. When cooked, add the butter or some thick cream and a pinch of salt. Put into a v.-et mould, and turn out when cold and firm. This is very nice with stowed fruit or cream and jam. FOR TO-MORROW. : : One leg of mutton. Celery. H pints stock. Bacon. Cauliflower. Rhubarb. FOR. SUNDAY. Pair of ducks. Green peas. "Ingredients for plum pudding. Mincemeat. Puii' pastry. Strawberries. Almonds. Raisins. Cream. 1 . FOR SUPPER. . Boiled chicken. White sauce. Ham. Salad. Sponge cake. Custard. Fruit for fruit salad.
