(Specially, written for This Dominion.) THURSDAY. Cold Corned Beef. Potatoes. Salad. Tomatoes au Gratin. Peach Pudding. TOMATOES AU GRATIN. Scrape with a blunt knife about 2 ,or 3 tablespoonfuls of fat bacon, ' cooked or raw, and fry with some chopped mushrooms, a small piece of finely-minc-ed onion, a little grated lemon-peel, a pinch of parsley and thyme, pepper and salt, if necessary. Scald G tomatoes and removo the skin. Cut off tho top and squeeze' tho- seeds out gently and fill with the mixture after adding to it some breadcrumbs. Bake qh a buttered tin and sprinkle with browned breadcrumbs. A rich gravy may ho poured round them. FOR TO-MORROW. Rice. Pluins. Schnapper. Veal Force- . meat. Anchovy Sauce.
