GIRLS' REALM GUILD.
KIA ORA CENTRE, The Kia Ora Centre of the Girls' Realm Guild met last evening at the house of the secretary (Miss W. Stevens). Toys were parcelled for distribution amongst the following homes:—St. Mary's Home (ICarori); Brooklyn Presbytjrian Orphanage: the Creche (Buckle Street); Tory Street Mission: St. Mark's Mission (per Sister Constant); St. Peter's Mission : Homo of Compassion (Islnnd Bay), per District Nurse Sexton; Levin Memorial Homo; and tho Salvation Army Home. The Guild is also distributing toys to about half a dozen private families. A hamper of Christmas dainties was made up for the leper patients on Quail Island. This will be forwarded during the week.
