'ALTERATION IN RATES. ' By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, December 16. The Port of London Authority, from January 1, will make a uniform charge of fifteen pence net register per ton, covering the use-of the docks for toll days, in lieu of the present charge of eighteen pence for twenty-eight days. Tlio new rate will apply to shipping outside Europe.
