At the Mount Cook Police Station yesterday, before Mr. F. Lachman; J.P., Duncan Livingstone, for drunkenness, was fined 10s., or 48 hours' imprisonment ; James Troy, for habitual drunkenness, was sentenced to. one month's imprisonment; and a'first offender"was convicted and discharged. , . . - > The' anniversary concert'of tie Sydney Street Primitive Methodist Church • attracted a fair audience last evening.
