MURDER AND SUICIDE. By 'J'eleurapii—Press Association—Copyright New York, December 13. William Baker, a telegraphist, of -Detroit, shot a woman named ICatherino Devine with a revolver, and then committed suicide. - Baker wrote in a notebook: "Reason for. it all—see Kipling's 'Epilogue on Rag and Bone and a Hank of-Hair.'"
