A, meeting of the holders of shares in the Koss Goldfiolcls, Ltd. (in liquidation) was held yesterday, and was sparsely attended. The liquidator, Mr. H. D. Vickcrs. presided, and tho scheme of reconstruction, the details of which have already been published, was agreed to, although come discussion took place on the desirability of making the shares in the reconstructed company paid up to 145.. Tho liquidator was authorised to nominate the provisional board of four, all of whom, it was agreed at the meeting, should be resident in one centre. Tho reconstructed company has a capital of £80,000 in 80,000 sharos of £1 each, of which' 70,000 arc issued to shareholders of the old company, and 10,000 held in reserve. Tho shares issued are credited* a liability on them of 7s. 6d. It was resolved that it bo a- recommer elation to the liquidator that the registered office of the reconstructed company be located in' Wellington.
