Members are requested to attend (his match in view of the forthcoming teams' matches with Karori and Eastbourne at Miramar on December 17; KARORI RIFLE CLUB, The ICaxori Riflo Club fired the first match of its service series for trophies presented by Captain G. Hall and President Marshall. This .series comprises tho \rhole of tho class-firing laid down for riflo clubs. The conditions for the first match ■were:—Five shots at 200 yards, snap-shooting, target exposed four seconds for each shot; five shots at 200 yards rapid firing, kneeling, target exposed 35 seconds; five 6hots at 300 yards, snapshooting, target exposed 4 .seconds; and five shots at 300 yards, rapid-firing, tarpet exposed for 30 seconds. Rifleman CaldwoLl made tho highest score, with a total of 70 out of a possible SO. Possibles were made at two ranges by Rifleman Rabe, and at one range each by Rifleman Coady and Burns.
