EXCLUDED AT LAND BALLOTS.. By Teleerapl-Press Assoclation-Copyrisbt. (Reo. November 29, 8 p.m.) Sydney, November 29. As the result of an ontcry some time ago against Hindus proving successful at State land ballots to tho exclusion of desirable white settlers the Minister for Lands (Mr. Nielsen) has framed regulations excluding Hindus aird other Asiatics from participating: in ballots ■whenever qnalified whites apply simultaneously for the same land.
