FISHER URGES UNITY, (Rec. November 27, 5.5 p.m.) Capetown, November 26. Mr. Fisher, in addressing tho Political Worker' Association at Maritzburg; 'disclaimed the role of political missionary. Ho. urged tho South Africans to stand by one another, sinking their local prejudices. If they kept together they would help the other dominions, if they failed, their failure would havo far-reaching results'. Ho felt that prosperity and security waa only possible as tho result of unifying tlio States.
