Baker, secretary of' the Otago School Committees' Association dropped dead on.Saturday morniu", states a Dunedin Press Association telegram. Tho death is announced, at tho ago of 70, of Mrs. Ellen Cronin, a wellknown resident, who had lived in .Wanganui for forty years.
