LODGE MEETING.

«— ' An open meeting was held on Friday evening by tlio King's Coronation Lodge of Good Templars. There- was 4 a fair attendance, and Bro. B. Marris, P.C.T., presided. , The arrangements were in charge of Sis. Goodwin, who provided a good programme, items being given by Misses Harlam and I. Hanson, and Messrs. Price, Lambert, Morris, Parker, Jennings, and Baifd. A competition was won by Bro.-. Parker, of the Naval Lodge. Bro. Prince, L.D., of the Naval Star Lodge, presented tho prizes, and also presented Sis. Goodwin with a handsome jewel-case : for introducing most new memticrs / last quarter. Refreshments were provided.. Votes of thanks to tho sister in charge, the performers ■ and visitors closed a pleasant evening. One new member was initiated. . Important business is' to be dealt with at next meeting. '
