' Ono of tho oldest bellringors in England, Mr. Abraham Howard, has just died at Wishcch, aged SO. Ho commenced bcllringing at the ago of 15, and for M) >cars was a ringer at tho parish church, i'or about 20 years he chimed the bells of St. Peter's, Wisbech, beginning with tho workmen's bell at ■ 5.45 n.in., and ending with tho curfew at 8.45 p.m.
