PETONE METHODIST CHURCH
The second anniversary of the Pefone Methodist Church was celebrated yesterday. The morning and evening services which were well attended, were conducted by the Eev. S. J. SerpeU, from ■Wellington. Mr. SfirpeU also addressed the Sunday School scholars in tho, afternoon. A. special feature of. the .services was the rendering of anniversary hymns by a choir of thirty voices, • and . a powerful orchestra. The anniversary tea and social ■will "be held next "Wednesday evening.
