The six artisans sent from the Government dockyards to assist in building the Australian cruisers, and 'destroyers have returned. - They speak highly of the treatment they received. They told an interviewer that they wero confident that if tho Commonwealth would supply tho requisite- machinery they could build destroyers and cruisers here. Perth, November 15." The first vessels of the Commonwealth Navy, the destroyers Parramatta and Yarra, arrived at Broome, under convoy of tho cruiser Gibraltar.
