RUN ON A BANK.
WORK OP ANONYMOUS LETTERWRITER, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. London, November 11. An anonymous letter was circulated among depositors of the Brrkbeck Bank. The letter falsely connected tho bank with tho Charing Cross Bank, which recently failed. The result has beon a run on the bank, which is paying 'out steadily. The Bank of England, has given assistance to the Birkbeok Bank, the sum advanced being a substantial one.
