They visited the Somerset Hospital, and later had tea with Lord and Lady Gladstone aboard the steamer Balmoral Castle. They entrained at 10 o'clock to-night for Bloemfontein. THE IMPERIAL DELEGATION. Capetown, November 7. Arrangements liavo beon made .at Kimberley to entertain Messrs. Fisher (Australian Primo Minister), Fowlds (New Zealand Minister for Education), and Lemieux (Canadian PostmasterGeneral) at lunch on thoir arrival tomorrow. They will also bo taken over the diamond fields.
