Christ., church North, intends to propose the following amendment in the Gamins Bill.— Every person who is or is reasonably suspected of being on any street or racecourse, or on any ground on which, sports (within the meaning of Section 26 of the principal Act) are being held, for the purpose of betting, may be arrested by any constable without a warrant.
