Colonel Gaedke, the well-known German military writer, in the forthcoming .issue of "NasVs Magazine" states that war between the Germanic nations would be a crime against, humanity. Such a catastrophe must be prevented at all costs, and .will be while there is a spark of conscience or common sense in the statesmen and people. The time has come, the Colonel declares, earnestly to consider the limitation of armaments.
