Tho weather has boon hazy and cloudy in most parts of tho country, with drizzling rain and fog in the southernmost districts, and on the West Coast of tho South Island. Indications are for a. considerable fall in the barometer everywhere during tho next three days, strong northerly winds and rain following and cloudy < and unsettled weather generally. D. o.' BATES.
