MAGISTRATE'S. COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) Only five persons were charged at the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning, the offence being drunkenness in each case. David Taylor was fined 20s. in default seven days' imprisonment. One first offender was fined 55., with the usual alternative, and three others were convicted and' discharged.
