Tho "Daily Mail" states that Raisuli, the brigand and ex-Governor of Alcayar, rallied and attacked the Khlot tribe outside Alcazar, capturing their camp and taking many prisoners. Tho tribe had refused to pay taxes' demanded by him. THE SPANISH INDEMNITY. Madrid, November 4. A friendly settlement has been reached with regard to the indemnity to bo paid by Morocco to Spain.
