THE MARLBOROUGH COURTS. SUITABLE FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. The" Marlborough Lawn Tennis Association being apprehensive that its four courts might not be good enough for the New Zealand Championships, recently resolved that- the responsibility of deciding the question should be thrown .upon the Management Committee, and, accordingly, offered to pay the expenses of a member of the committee to go oyer and decide the point: Mr. F. M. B. Fisher, who has acted as chairman, went across on Friday, and wires to Mr. Hurley that the court's are suitable, and that the ' arrangements are being taken. in hand with enthusiasm.
