MANX FRAUDS IN AUSTRALIA. by Telegraph—Press Association—Copyvleht. Melbourne, October 31. Throe men were arrested on the Flemington. racecourse on charges of passing counterfeit money. One had thirty counterfeit sovereigns in his possession. There has lately been a lot of bogus coins in circulation in the various States,, especially in connection with big race meetings.
