Tho object of his visit is to bring the Colonial Department into touch with Pacific affairs. In an interview, Dr.' Krauss stated that Germany is qnito satisfied with tho possessions she'already has in the Pacific, and that there is no likelihood of any chango of policy .or expansion in that part of tho world:
