With reference 'to the transfer of Section 36, Block XV, Hautapu, from Mr. R. W. Mitchell, to 'Mr. F. C.' Pearson, junr.,' the Commissioner submitted notes of evidence taken.at Maugaweka on October 5. Tho transfer was refused.. The Commissioner commented upon tho iiaturo of tho proceedings prior to the present, application being lodged..
