SOMMABY AND FORECAST. Tho barometer has fallen everywhere, and 29.35 inches were recorded at the Bluff at noon, to-day. Heavy rain haa fallen in many parts, especially on , the West Coast;, high northerly winds have prevailed, but moderated to-day in many parts of the country. Present indication* are for strone; westerly winds generally, and iralcs, in Coolt and Fovcaux .Straits. The weather will probably bo cloudy ajid unsettled, with rain in all parts of tho country.
