AUSTRALIA AND HER NAVY
ADMIRAL HENDERSON'S ADVICE.

Admiral Sir Beginald Henderson, who is inspecting the. naval defences of Australia, has arrived here, and was given a reception at the Town Hall.
Admiral Henderson said it x was to sea power that Australia must look for her protection. Ho trusted tho people would support, tho Government in its policy, and keep the question of defence outside of party politics altogether. As far as their financial ability permitted,' they should continue building up the Australian Navy. He wished to impress \ipon public men, naval men, and others the necessity of. imbuing 'the country with a naval spirit. /',
