Mr. Martin Littleton, a Democratic candidate, for the United States Congress, who is ..contesting Mr. Roosevelt's home district/at Oyster Bay, Long Island, New Tork, recited Mr. Roosevelt's opinions of previous Presidents, declaring that Mr. Taft. would doubtless soon take his, place in Mr. Roosevelfs, hall ,of infamy.
. Mr. Roosevelt, the speaker declared, reigned wherever he could, and .would exclude Mr. Taft from the prerogatives of the Presidential'office.•'; :.
