A decree has been gazetied abolishing the exceptional laws of the Franco regime, including those affecting Anarchists, and repealing 'the'-restrictions on the press. All the bishops have adhered to the Republic. The soldiers participating in the revolution have been rewarded. An anti-clerical decree has been applied" to the colonies, but the British and other missions will not bo interfered with. . , Tho control of the orphanage at Lauronco Marques, Dolagoa Bay, has been taken from tho nuns, and the orphans lodged in secular schools.
