Tho Government would develop its programme bofore tho next elections, and tho constituencies would be asked to decido whether thoy would invest the Chamber with a mandate for its fulfilment. Meanwhilo they would restore military discipline, and would employ the army against the reactionary movement of any political group whatever. RESIGNATION THREATENED. (Rec. October 24, 1.10 a.m.) Athens, October 23. Owing to the absence of a quorum,, through M. Ralli (a former Premier) and M. Mavromechaelis 1 (the' late Premier), and their supporters quitting-the Chamber when M. Yenezelp demanded a vote of confidence, M. Venezelo now threatens to resign. • •.-.
