Mr. Geoffrey Drage, tho well-known writer on economics, presided at the National Conference on Sea Training, which was convened by the Navy League with the object of preventing the gradual disappearance of the British seaman from British ships. A resolution was carried urging tho provision of training in steamship navigation for boys in elementary schools.
