Acland-Hood, Unionist member for the Wellington Division of Somersot,- in addressing his 'constituents at Lydeard, referred to the devolution and Homo Rule all round proposals, and said it was curious to see a Government, which nine months earlier had avowed its intension of destroying one historical House, now scheming to dismember another.
