The British steamer Portniarnock (3080 tons gross) has been wrecked at Cape Frio, onithe coast of Brazil, about a hundred and fifty miles north-east of Rio de Janeiro. ; '-•■•■./■■:' ■ ; ':' Twelve of the crew were drowned. '■';■ The Portmarnock was formerly known as -the St. Ronald. She was built in 1695 at West Hartlcpool, and is owned by Messrs. \J. Weatherill ar.d ■ Sons, of Dublin. ; Captain J. B.
