A special car' took tho party to 'St. Anuo's, whoro his .Grace, received* a' cordial welcome at the hands of tho Eedomptorist Fathers, who have there an important house with' a 'flourishing. Juvenate. _ After , visiting. . the! shrine the Archbishop addressed' a few words;to 'the .students asking their . prayers for, the conversion of England, and returned; to Quebec. Next 'day; lie 'left for Toronto in a special car kindly placed '.at his , disposal by tho authorities of the Grand Trunk Railway. Owing to the breakdown of a.freight train tho connection ' with-': the- Tofonto '< express- at Montreal could not be made; but a special train .was.in waiting 1 which conveyed the party in record time to Toronto; passing-, the; express ■on tho way. Here' the, Archbishop , was met! and; entertained by, tho clergy of tho \ Cathedral: parish —the- Archbishop of Toronto being absent from home.
