The "Daily News" states that Deovir, formerly .a prominent Fenian, has published a book wherein he reveals: the fact that M'Afferty, a few years, after leaving Millbank ■ Prison, suggested kid: napping - the Prince of Wales (the late King Edward) and holding him as a hostage ,at sea until the "Fenians in prison were released. •It was intended that tho Prince should be treated with the utmost consideration, and be allowed to enjoy :amusements aboard ship. The project, however, did not go beyond the idea. :
