The necessary Supreme Court consent had been obtained, and he understood that everything was in order except that the advertisement which had been inserted in the nowsparjora had contained the long title of the Bill instead of the short; title. ; -The second reading was agreed to without discussion. WANGANUI CHURCH ACRE BILL The Wanganui Church, Acre Bill was read a third time, and passed without discussion.- . , . ' ,
