INTERESTING FIGURES. When the Prime Minister characterised the Wellington members, as dumb dogs last week he was apparently speaking without the book. Since the Prime Minister made his remarks Mr. ■D. M'Laren, member for Wellington East, has been poring over Hansard for t.ho' purpose of seeing how local mombers. compaYed with the representatives; of other centres as regards the number ot speeches made.
