Le Neve, in connection with tho murder of Crippen's wife at Camden iii February last, was continued at the Bow Street Polico Court to-day. The prosecuting counsel stated that Professor. Pepper's examination of the remains found under the cellar in Orippon's house.at 39 Hilldrop Crescent, Canideu, showed that an operation had been performed. Dr. Wilcox's , analysis of the contents of the; internal organs' had revealed tho presence of largo quantities of a poison known as hyoscine, the effects of which are similar to those of belladona. % :. : The lower part of a pyjanid suit, the jacket of which was found buried with tho remains, had been discovered in Crippon's' bos. , Witnesses would prove that Crippen pawned jewellery the day. after the murdered , woman had disappeared. . ;'■ .. .'■•' '.
