MASTERTON NOTES.
(From Our Special Correspondent.) , A hairdresser named Henry Stanhope died suddenly shortly nftor noon to-duy. When leaving his saloon ' for lunch - hp complained of pain round the heart. Il'e proceeded - to his home on a bicycle; and took some carbonate of soda. He then went to his room, where he died in a. fewminutes. The cause of death is supposed to be heart failure. Deceased wa» ti'widower, 58 years of age, and came from Sydney early in the year. , The Castlcpoint station, comprising 16,000 acres, is being voluntarily subdivided and offered for sale. .
