NEW SOUTH WALES ELECTIONS.
MR. WADE'S POLICY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Kec. August 31, 1.5 a.m.) . Sydney, August 30. Mr. Wade, the State Premier, has delivered his policy speech at Chatswood in connection . .with the forthcoming State elections. The speech was largely a defence of his administration, and indicated that in the next three years there would be more development on the lines already laid down, rather than the introduction of new legislative proposals. Polling day is fixed for October 11.
