It is understood that the Auckland Northern Union team is willing to play a match in Feilding during the coining tour ... OTAKI. A concert in aid of the school piano was held at Te Horo on Friday night, when there was a large attendance, including visitors, from Otalci. The programme was somewhat short, this being due to the fact that several of those who had promised to perform wore absent. A dance followed the concert, and proved enjoyable. Some disappointment was expressed on Saturday afternoon ambug local football enthusiasts owing to the fact that at the eleventh hour l'oxton decided not to journey to meet the Horowhenua representatives, being prevented from doing so by bad weather..
