..;;. THE STORMY WEATHER. • . , Bad weather on Sunday and in the tarly part of last week, caused a heavy drop, in the tramway returns for'the week. .Sunday's receipts, ,£lll Is. Bd., were the lowest since September 15, 1907. There was also ■ a very, heavy drop on Wednesday. Following are the figures:—
Decrease, JMO3 16s. Id. . . On Sunday U7 adults and's child-ren travelled on the morning specials, and 59 and 77 on the evening late Constable Street and Ncwtown. cars' respectively. --. The midnight car carried 185 passengers at G uei head. ' . . ■■ ,
